One Three’s Step by step process to Home Building.

BUILDING YOUR HOME MADE EASY WITH ONE THREE

With over 30 years experience, you can ensure building your new home is easy and enjoyable.

STEP 1. It’s all about the design

Choose from one of the designs in our One Three range of homes or talk to us about designing a custom home, a home that has everything you need for your families lifestyle.

STEP 2. What are the costs

Our design team work with you every step of the way... Once you’ve briefed us on what you are after in your new home we then design you home based on your block of land and then we prepare your New Home Tender. You’ll need to pay a nominal fee for us to prepare your Tender*.

STEP 3. Your Home Building Agreement with One Three Designer Homes

When you’ve accepted your New Home Tender, we prepare your Building Contract. Your contract is a detailed document including full drawings, colours and selections along with Council requirements. After you sign your contract, a further fee* is required. 

STEP 4. Development Applications and Council Approval

One Three Designer Homes submits building applications and secures council approvals.

STEP 5. Building your new home

Once the council certificates has been issued, orders are placed for labour and materials and the building of your new One Three Designer Home begin.

STEP 6. The Finished Product

One Three Designer Homes will present you with your brand new home.
